Week of August 18th, 2017

This is a brilliant week for our brilliant system, the single week return is 7%. You may say this is just luck, to certain extent this is true. But looking back at back-test result, this week's result is not alone, especially in bear market.

A few weeks ago a reader asked us: your system's performance is lower than bench mark of QLD, why you still keep doing it? I told him at that time that let's wait for this "mad bull" to be over, as it won't last long... This couple of weeks we all know what happen.

I would like to repeat it again, this system's strategy is to make profit in bear market while still catch up with market's performance in bull market.
