Week of Nov 10th, 2017

These couple of weeks, the market was keeping hanging around the historical highs. With help from STRONG ER of big high-tech stocks, the market climbed with even more powerful strength. Seems like there is no more bears... (but we all know, this cannot be true)

Our system showed very similar pattern as in 2007 Nov. The market was continuously creating historical highs in 2007 Oct and Nov. After making last historical high on Oct 31, 2007, the market started to fall apart starting 2007 Nov 1st. In the meanwhile, according to back test result, the system suffered around -14% draw-down in early 2007 Nov, however it started to make new highs starting 2007 Nov 15th.

Would the history repeat itself? Let's wait and see...

We are expecting next Monday is a DOWN day.
